Here are some frequently asked questions that we tend to receive about our gifting experience. If you still have something you’d like to know, feel free to contact us for more details and we will do our best to help you get all the information you need.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We quality check every item before it leaves us but accidents can happen during transit.  If you receive a broken item then please contact us and send us a photo of the damage.  We will rectify as soon as we can and get a new one sent to you as quickly as we can.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately not, we only ship in the UK.

DO YOU OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE?

Yes of course, if you are local to Bracknell, Berkshire you can arrange to collect your items instead of paying for postage.

I HAVE MY OWN SMALL BUSINESS, CAN YOU HELP WITH CUSTOMISING MY MERCHANDISE?

Yes of course, we offer discounts on bulk orders (over 10) and can put your logo on any of the items listed.

HOW DO I SEND YOU MY PHOTOS?

Once you have ordered your products you will be taken to a thank you page, there is a form at the bottom, please add in your details along with your order number and you can upload your photo.   If you have any issues then please use the contact us page.
